The Lens I Use Can Sell Your House.
Open up your room pictures when you are selling your house
A little backstory.
I used to put houses on the market as a real-estate agent, for years. Decades.

When I made the big move from a 35mm film camera to a digital camera, I always had wanted a Nikon camera (thanks, Paul Simon) the pictures were great, did not have to be developed, and can be easily used on websites.
Besides that ease, I was most excited about the interchangeable lens.
The lens can make the day.
Now, Nikor lenses, made for Nikon cameras, are pretty expensive, and I am cheap. That’s why I work with FSBOs. but instead of a Nikor, I bought a Sigma made for Nikon. Some of the third-party manufacturers can be pretty sweet.
I bought a telephoto (adjustable) lens that adjusted from 10mm to 20mm.
The standard lens of my camera was 55mm. and any setting of the Sigma was a smaller number, which was more of a wide view. I have to be careful because too much gives a cartoonish look, but the right setting makes the room seem bigger, to open up.
Now the purpose of pictures in a listing is simple. The primary photo needs to grab the attention of a prospective buyer, and make them want to see more. The purpose of the rest of the pictures is to make the prospect want to see the house in person. Only then can the magic happen that will sell the house. I wrote a book on these ideas for my FSBO customers. It can be bought in Kindle form or at my site in a read-anywhere pdf.
Last words.
So I would recommend the book, then I would weigh the cost of a good camera and wide-angle lens compared to the thousands of dollars you will save in commission selling your own home
