I used to send out newsletters every month. I even subscribed to a service that helped me with some professional content for them.

But it was still kind of a job putting them together and sending them out to my past customers. (Hundreds of them)

Then, one day, one of my best and favorite customers “unsubscribed” and told me it looked spammy.  I was devastated. I have since done a lot of writing. I find that people who work with a real estate agent rarely do so again, because they don’t ever hear from the agent after the closing. I don’t want that to be the case with my customers and me.

My current website now has thousands of views, and some readers who would rather not have to look for my new articles, guessing when they are published. There is a whole new generation of home owners who want to save their money rather than waste it.

By request, I am going to restart my newsletter, but with no ads or fluff at all. It will simply be a note with a link to the new article, so you can follow the link, or not follow it, as you wish.

I do make a little money on my blog from three sources, in addition to listing houses for FSBOs all over the state of Tennessee. I sell books and stuff. I am an Amazon Associate. And lastly, I am a member of an ad platform that places ads in the stories here and there. That income is partly computed based on the number of subscribers and views/reads I get on the stories.

Now, in all honesty, it will take me some time to get this tiny newsletter going, but that is my next project. if you wish to help me, please:
