I always thought there were two schools of thought. OK to FSBO and Not OK to FSBO. While I was sure my purpose in life was to help answer questions for people who were already neatly lined up in one of the two camps, I have just discovered there is a UNIVERSE of people who don’t know which way is best. They have just realized they don’t know what they don’t know.

They don’t know if this FSBO concept as described in my books works or not.

I have discovered them asking real estate questions in obscure little forums, seeking the truth. Henceforth, we will be spending a lot more time helping the undecided who may be broken down along the information superhighway.

And lurking in a dark forum is no way to enjoy the rich light of thousands of saved dollars.

This facility will work to become more newcomer-friendly over the coming months.
