We have struggled to save home-sellers money for decades, saving each one many thousands of dollars, above the commissions they might otherwise pay for an agent.
Now the National Association of Realtors have just announced a reduction of their commissions.
Commissions have always been negotiable, technically, but are rarely negotiated in fact.
One can’t help but wonder if our customer-friendly services have made the “big boys” notice, or what?
More than one commentator has predicted the public will see a mass exodus of agents from the industry.
