3) Submit Your Photos

This may be accomplished through uploading them to your dashboard at mlsDon.com or sent as an attachment via email. .JPEG

MLS Listing Gets Activated after these three items received COMPLETED:

View your Flat Rate MLS Listing live within 24 to 48 hours (not counting Sundays) of submission of all necessary paperwork. Your MLS listing can be viewed on: Realtor.com* Thousands of Realtors will have access to your local Flat Fee MLS listing as soon as the listing info is entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) database.

• 3,6 or 12 Month Realtor.com Listing

• Popular Internet Websites* Sites like Trulia, Zillow, and Homes.com (not controlled by us)

• 6 – 30 photos on MLS (with Listing Included)

• Sell on your own and pay no commission!

• Select a Buyer’s Agent Commission of Your Choice

• Seller’s contact number shown on MLS

• IDX Websites – Listing will be displayed on hundreds of Realtor web sites locally. (not controlled by us)

• State Required Forms & Disclosures

• Free Status Changes
