First. Schedule a complimentary, no-obligation consultation. You can schedule by texting “schedule consultation” to 615-973-8970.

We’ll use the opportunity to make sure we’re the perfect fit before you commit.
Then we’ll get started! If you decide to work with me, I’ll tell you the exact steps for getting started. If you decide not to work with me or if we aren’t a perfect fit, I’m happy to share other resources to help you get what you need.
Step 1 of 4. Click the “Select This Package” button in the right column HERE to submit your payment. (Don’t add any extra options to your purchase unless you need “Same Day Service” or a SUNDAY or HOLIDAY listing.)
Step 2 of 4. After you submit your payment, you’ll receive your access to client agreements (Permission to Put Your House in the MLS, and a link to give me Permission to Communicate with you by Email) from me. It’s just typing your email on my list.
Step 3 of 4. Then, you’ll be given access to your remaining listing prep work (Property Profile – just print it off and fill it in completely.)
Step 4 of 4. Complete your prep work, and upload your 30 Pictures. These steps can all be done that same day or at your leisure. When I receive those items, the actual listing entry only takes 1 to 2 business days, unless you purchase a quicker listing package.

What to Expect Working with Don at the Gold Level

After your first free consultation, if you like what you hear, there are only four remaining steps to get your house listed in the MLS, and Don will be with you each step of the way, should you wish.

You are allowed 30 pictures with CAPTIONS and a VIDEO at this level.

Don will call you on the telephone once a week, at a pre-set time to check on your progress.

Your telephone number will carry a special “High Priority” status on our line.

You can reach Don 7am to 7pm Mon-Sat and 1pm-7pm Sunday for questions and help.

Help that requires MLS and/or computer work, of course, needs to occur/be finished during normal business hours, and at the office.
You can always find a cheaper MLS listing these days, now that more brokers are trying it, but many can be aggravating and frustrating, give you less for your fee, and some are trying to even charge you extra fees!
